Meet Kelsey
For more than 15 years, I've worked at the intersection of mental health and the justice system. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals living with serious mental illness, people navigating criminal and civil legal processes, and families trying to make sense of situations they never imagined they'd face.
One thing I've learned is that behind every diagnosis, court case, or crisis is a person—and often an entire family—looking for answers.
I've sat with parents wondering, "what did I go wrong?" I've supported spouses overwhelmed by guilt, fear, and uncertainty. I've worked with individuals whose mental illness changed the course of their lives and left them feeling misunderstood or defined by one difficult chapter. I've also witnessed how confusing and intimidating the legal system can be.
Those experiences have shaped not only the therapist I am, but the way I care for every client I work with.
Today, I help individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, major life changes, and the emotional impact of difficult experiences. I also provide a unique perspective for those affected by serious mental illness or the justice system—whether you're personally involved or trying to support someone you love.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about having a place where you can make sense of your experiences, develop new tools, and begin creating meaningful change.
I believe healing begins when you feel truly understood. No matter what has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.
