Therapy Services
Support for anxiety, depression and life’s transitions
Sometimes life just feels heavier than it should. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, feeling anxious about what’s next, or having a hard time shutting your brain off. Maybe you’re feeling unmotivated, disconnected, or simply not quite like yourself. Or maybe life has changed—and you’re trying to figure out how to adjust to a new chapter you weren’t completely prepared for.
Therapy doesn’t have to mean something is terribly wrong. Sometimes you just need a place to sort through what’s going on, understand yourself a little better, and figure out what might actually help.
Individual Therapy for Adults
I offer one-on-one therapy for adults in a confidential, supportive setting.
Areas I Can Help With:
Anxiety & Overthinking
Constant worry, racing thoughts, feeling on edge, difficulty relaxing, perfectionism, or always anticipating what could go wrong.
Depression & Feeling Stuck
Low motivation, feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, loss of interest in things you normally enjoy, or feeling like you’re simply going through the motions.
Life Changes & Transitions
Career changes, relationships, divorce or separation, changes within your family, school or young adulthood, or simply reaching a point where life doesn’t look the way you expected it to.
What Therapy Looks Like
I’m not here to sit silently and nod while you do all the talking. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We’ll talk honestly about what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that actually make sense for your life.
My approach is trauma-aware and rooted in compassion. You’ll never be met with judgment or shame. There’s room for the difficult conversations, the small wins, the things you’re still figuring out—and some humor along the way.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That’s kind of the point.
What a Typical Session Looks Like
Sessions are a calm, confidential space where you’re encouraged to speak openly and honestly.
Each session lasts about 50 minutes and may involve:
Checking in on what’s been happening since we last met
Talking through current stressors, challenges, or situations that are weighing on you
Identifying patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors
Exploring what may be contributing to anxiety, low mood, or feeling stuck
Learning practical strategies to manage difficult thoughts and emotions
Problem-solving and working through decisions or life changes
Recognizing progress—even when it doesn’t always feel like progress
Identifying realistic steps you can take between sessions
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to what you need that day. Some days we may dig a little deeper; other days, you may just need a place to talk through what’s happening right now. There’s no pressure to come to therapy with an agenda or know exactly what you want to talk about.
Online Therapy
I offer online sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible around your life.
Whether you’re fitting sessions around work, family, or simply need the comfort of your own space, we’ll find a time that works for you.
Confidentiality & Safety
Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with a few legal and safety exceptions that will be clearly explained at the start of our work together.
I work in line with professional ethical guidelines and attend regular supervision to ensure your safety and wellbeing are always prioritized.
