Fees & Availability

Clear, transparent pricing and flexible support

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important to have clear information around fees and availability. This page is here to help you understand how sessions work, what to expect, and how to book.

If you have any questions at all, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

  • Free initial consultation (15–20 minutes): Complimentary

Availability

I currently offer therapy sessions:

  • Monday-Friday; Some Saturday’s upon request

Sessions are available weekly/bi-weekly/monthly depending on availability and what feels supportive for you.

If you don’t see a suitable time listed, you’re welcome to get in touch to check for upcoming openings.

Online Therapy

I offer:

  • Online therapy via a secure video platform through Headway

Online sessions allow flexibility and comfort from your own space. I do require you be in a space that is free from distraction (we can discuss children being present, if necessary) and safe to openly communicate.

Cancellations & Changes

I understand that life can be unpredictable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate.

This policy helps protect the therapy space and ensure availability for all clients.

If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to be certain or ready to commit long-term.

A free consultation offers a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.

You’re very welcome to reach out when it feels right.
